Our agency opened in 2012 and has grown into a strong, motivated team of six professionals who are passionate about serving our community and supporting one another. I started my State Farm career right out of college as a team member, and that experience gave me a deep appreciation for what it takes to build a successful, customer-focused office.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and dad to three kids, and much of my time is spent cheering them on at their sporting events. I’m also active in our church and enjoy playing golf whenever I can. Our agency stays closely connected to the community, especially through sponsorships and support for local elementary and middle schools.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ryan Grubbs - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
